
Adam trained with Wollastons and qualified in 2003. He specialises in corporate and company law work for private companies, having built up a wide variety of experience in merger and acquisition, corporate finance and group and company reorganisation work whilst working closely with the corporate partners. Adam is known as a problem solver, often coming up with innovative solutions to corporate issues and transaction and company/group structures.
As well as advising acquisition teams and business owners on M&A type transactions, he frequently advises corporate borrowers and some major UK banks on debt funding, security structures and intercreditor arrangements relating to acquisition finance and corporate group refinancings.
