Daden trained with Wollastons and qualified into commercial litigation in 2002. He deals with a broad range of commercial disputes but has particular expertise in construction disputes, including under JCT agreements, acting for employers, contractors and sub-contractors.
Daden is a member of The Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
