Matthew Weston qualified in 1996 and joined Wollastons in 2001
from a City practice. He specialises in commercial and insolvency
litigation.
Matthew is particularly experienced in dealing with contractual
and insurance claims. He works very closely with the Corporate
recovery department on a variety of insolvency related matters
such as annulment of bankruptcy orders, directors' disqualifications
and injunctions to stop winding up proceedings, as well as acting
regularly for trustees in bankruptcy and other office holders.
