Richard spent 20 years working within the legal departments of Essex County Council and Basildon Development Corporation before accepting a post at Ladbroke Group's Property Investment Legal Team in 1985.
Since joining Wollastons in 1989 he has dealt with all manner of property work but principally the assembly and disposal of freehold and leasehold residential sites (acting for both developers and landowners) and freehold and leasehold commercial property. Richard also undertakes residential conveyancing work for buyers and sellers and assists the Company Commercial Department with the property aspects of corporate transactions.
